How Can Dental Crowns Benefit You?

There are many advantages to getting dental crowns and bridges near you, namely:

Pain relief: if you suffer from oral health conditions such as tooth decay, infections, or cracked teeth, you are likely dealing with a fair amount of pain. Once your dentist has resolved this problem with dental crowns, you will feel immediate relief.

Restored appearance: a dental crown can cover up various cosmetic smile imperfections such as discoloration, cracks, and chips. Since dental crowns can be customized to each individual’s smile, your dental crown will match perfectly with your surrounding teeth and enhance your overall appearance.

Durability: to ensure that your dental crown will last you for as long as possible, our dental team uses a strong cement to attach your crown. Additionally, the porcelain material that your crown is made out of is very strong and can last for many years.

Custom-made to fit your smile: when you visit Greenwoods Dental Vancouver for dental crowns, our dentist will design your dental crown according to the specific size, shape, color, and fit that you desire. You can feel confident that this investment will suit your needs and preferences.

Simple treatment: when you hear about someone you know getting a dental crown, you may imagine the procedure as long, complicated, and challenging. However, the process of getting dental crowns is brief, straightforward, and painless. The treatment is minimally invasive, and if you struggle with stress and anxiety associated with visiting the dentist, our team at Greenwoods Dental Vancouver has options for mild sedatives to ease your nerves.

Short recovery time: patients who get dental crowns can resume their regular oral hygiene routine, including brushing and flossing, the day after receiving dental crowns. For a couple of weeks, it is recommended that you stay away from crunchy and hard foods, but you will eventually be able to return to your regular diet.
